Sever's Mechanical Services has the equipment and factory trained personnel available to hot vulcanize conveyor belts on your site. We use only factory approved splicing materials and methods in order to provide you with a trouble free splice.

We can also replace or repair your existing mechanical splices on site as required.

Pulley Lagging

Sever's Mechanical Services can also repair or replace any damaged or worn pulley lagging on your bucket elevator or conveyor at your site, normally without removing the pulley from the equipment. This service drastically reduces costly down time sending out your pulleys to be relagged.

Sever's uses only top quality materials to cold bond the best lagging for your equipment and application. Heavy duty and fire resistant self cleaning lagging materials are also available.
